Favorite book besides the Bible: That’s a really hard question because I like to read. A lot. I’m getting ready to start Through the Gates of Splendor by Elisabeth Elliot. After our mission trip to Ecuador this summer, and having the privilege of actually meeting Mincaye I’ve been fascinated by the entire story, and have been reading everything I can find on the Internet.
Favorite food: My husband’s blueberry cheesecake. Yum.
